oh my....what a horrible night I had of last..seems my needle and I were at odds...horrible pain in my hips legs arms and shoulders...sleep eluded me..no amount of pain killers were helping...Lyle (bless his heart) massaged my owees and I did manage to get a few hours of sleep....very sluggish and slow moving but moving none the less..after a lazy morning the nausea seems to settle...spent part of day watching bird feeder..we think the female tanager has accompanied the male as both were at feeder today..spent some time chatting with my MS friends...and planted a few seeds this afternoon..day was sunny but still chilly with spits of rain...after a light supper I think I am on the mend and tomorrow can only get better....Today was GOOD in spite of...I was able to get out of bed and challenge the day .......
