well since my day started rather early today (lol) I had plenty of time to

muffins for breakfasts and lunches..done tidy up..went to the local farmers market and purchased some fabric (gonna make a couple of cotton jumpers for myself..getting ready in case the rain sets in)..done grocery shopping and when Lyle woke up we went outside to do some puttering and fall cleanup and oh yes!..we cut grass again...am shutting computer down and spending weekend with my hubby....been a GOOD but busy day.....:)

today was kinda a mixed bag day for weather so by middle of the afternoon I resigned myself to the fact that I was in the house...busied myself and made a batch of bread and 3 dozen meat buns (buns filled with hamb mixture then cooked) by the time I cooked them off had my supper I needed a "rest" so made myself a cup of tea and sat down in my chair---my rest turned into "GOOD-NIGHT.... What time is it? 6:30a.m. you say!!" since Lyle was working graveyards there was no one to wake me and send me off to bed (my Crew didn't even bother )....guess I was tired....had a GOOD sleep tho'...lol.....:)

Hello September! Welcome to all you have to share with us this month..the weather today was pleasantly warmer than what we have had..19C...sunny but still a bit of rain...was able to spend some time outdoors which was nice..done some yard work and finished up my monkeys ...took some wheat and cloud photos today...feel quite GOOD today...bit achy but oh well!!!!should be busy in the upcoming days...school starts harvesting gardens to betaken care of apples to be picked and cranberries are ready...so much to do before the weather gets seriously cold....and of course photos to take and yes...the Labor Day Classic...very exciting times......:)

here we are at the end of August and embarking on a new month as well as a new school year for many....the beginning of September is also usually a reminder that fall is just around the corner....we have been treated to some sunshine and cooler days but if all reports are well by game time we should be back into some warmer temperatures...because we are still doing nights I finished up the parts for 3 more monkeys for my great niece and nephews..when Lyle leaves to work I will vacuum and do laundry and in the a.m. give my monkeys structure....humming birds are busy little ones these days...with the weather as it is walking is not really the best but am managing to stay GOOD and busy to enable me to get my 10,000 steps in...:)

after a GOOD night of rest (for which I am sooo grateful) a new week begins..Lyle is starting nights so the house will be fairly quiet till he goes to work at 4:45p.m. then I can get crazy with housekeeping and the like...since it is pouring rain I believe I will finish up some knitting and maybe edit some photos taken on the weekend....feel real GOOD for the day after my needle.....:)these are some of my flowers in the yard and this is the New Finland Church-it marks the corner where one turns to the kotima....:)

today was full of rain so we decided to go to Regina...Lyle's sister and my sister-in-law ...The Rev. Ina Golaiy was doing the Sunday service at the First Presbyterian Church ....after church service we all went to Montana's for lunch...there we were joined by our niece (Ina's daugther) ...after a nice lunch we blitzed home for a lazy evening...this is my needle day so I wasn't much company this evening but the whole day was a GOOD day....:)

today Lyle and I decided to have a day where we did absolutely nothing just "chillax"...we took the dogs out for a run as rain is in the forecast for the next several days..after that we went out to the kotima took the Ranger out and just went out sightseeing..... spent some time taking pictures...I was quite tired but what a great day...so GOOD to do nothing...just enjoy each others company and the beauty of a great day outdoors....need to do this oftener.....I recommend it to everyone.....:)
