my company left this a.m....so when I went out for my walk in the rain I decided to take pictures of raindrops on "things"...I have decided that if w have all this rain I should try and capture some of it (of course if I don't like my photos today I'll take more tomorrow lol) so all my pictures are taken of and in the rain....after being outdoors the fire was welcoming ....I also decided to make some sour dough bread to go with clam chowder for supper...nothing better than homemade soup and bread on a rainy day...another GOOD aspect of a rainy day...my MS is not fussy for the rain but the fresh air exercise all are GOOD....my MS sure does like the GOOD warmth of a wood fire....... more rainy photos tomorrow

here we are the middle of September and what a wet half month....I feel bad that no one can get their fall work done...farmers can't get in their fields and people can't get gardens tidied up ....kinda strange year....I understand the general frustration and yuck everyone is feeling but if one opens their eyes there is an amazing array of beauty going on under our noses in the rain.....the photos I have selected are what I see when I open my curtains and peek out in the morning....rain or shine ...I think it's a sight to behold and changes daily....we have had a GOOD day reflecting on life and sharing memories.....

today I had a surprise visitor...my friend stopped in for a few days..when I have company I shut my pc off...you can always turn on a pc but you don't always have company...lots of visiting late nights (that's anything past 10:00 p.m.)so a bit off schedule...to much snacking and GOOD food...the weather didn't scream outdoors as it has been quite cool and yes rainy...we did get some walking in....my vines are turning a lovely red color hopefully the wind won't snatch them away to quickly...bit off schedule but had a GOOD day......

feeling quite a bit better...food staying down and not quite so achy..but still chills and sore throat...did get myself to go for a walk...not bad...took a few pictures of the hawthorn bush neighbors brown sunflowers(which I think are quite striking) and our bulrushes in the swamp pond...energy level still not where it should be...maybe tomorrow.....

just as I suspected..despite my needle side affects a nasty little flu bug along with a very sore throat hit....the GOOD thing about these past 2 days I did not have to fight anyone for the bathroom as it was my best friend......better days ahead...

today was a fairly quiet day to end the week...not sure if I am coming down with something but just feel off today...chills achy and just restless...hope it is just this crappy weather...where is the nice September we have been promised?....a GOOD day just kinda off day.....the cool wet summer has been just what the sweet peas and apples like..apples this year not as many but terrific size and taste.....
