...today it is with sad and heavy hearts we meet with family and friends to say good-bye and to celebrate our dear friend Brad's life...Brad succumbed to a brief but painful bout of the demon cancer...he struggled and fought bravely to the end but as with many illness there comes a time when enough is just enough and we need to rest.......Brad was a childhood buddy of my husbands and being such has been part of our lives for many years...a thoughtful service organized by his Mom and sister made for a very meaningful day of celebration...Brad's friends shared memories and through each one's special thoughts Brad's many aspects of his life were shown....
....one needs only to be part of such a service to realize what an impact each of us have on so many people and what an impact each of us make on so many....none of us stand alone we are all here for one another.....
....Brad we love and will miss you dearly but have been honored to have had you in our lives ...we appreciate you were tired and needed to rest....why you had to suffer we do not know and wish you would not have had to but this was not our plan....you were a wonderful person and we hope we can be as GOOD a person as you were.....till we meet again......:)
