well the cat is out of the bag...seen my neurologist today...as suspected I have a major relapse going on...affecting my legs...he seems to think we can stop it and slow down any recurrences by having 5 days of pulse therapy....i hour each day of IV (concoction of steroids and other meds)..have not had to have this since I was first diagnosed with MS in 2007....dr. quite confident this should work and slow down ant further relapses...the weather today was a real mixed bag sunny muggy thunder storm ...heavy rain like crazy ....captured some real strange clouds...I am feeling relieved and GOOD about getting treatment started...Day 1 is over.....

today was a day of mystery....the air was warm but the wind was quite wild...and the sky wasn't sure what to do....but the hills are alive with spring...trees are full of pussy willows, crocus are staring to emerge and the air is full of busy bird sounds...the ice is receeding in most places but there is still chunks in places (spots for the geese to stand on like little islands)..after a day of hiking in the fresh air I am none the worse....tired exhausted but a GOOD tired ....a bit sore but tolerable....a hot bath and off to bed ....I wasn't sure what we would find out at the farm today and if the forcast is right it might be rain and snow for the morning...guess we will have to wait and see....but today was GOOD and filled with the surprises of spring.......
