makes for a rather short day when one sleeps half the day away...today I spent time getting caught up with friends and family..I was so proud of my MS friend Lisa....she completed a 5-mile walk on the weekend...it was a MS fundraiser....she has recently been diagnosed with the disease and is having some issues coming to grip with it and all it's ramifcations...but is doing super and has the spport of her spouse and many friends..she like a lot of us soon adapt and become a fighter and advocate for ourself and others who have MS...I am feeling quite GOOD today and after a bit of tidy-up and laundry that soon changed to being tired again....10:00 p.m. and it's off to bed again...we'll see what the morning brings.....
