today has been a rather busy day..my wash machine decided to over flow so Lyle took it apart and found we need a new valve ...ordered
it up and will pick it up tomorrow morning..well now the laundry room is in an upheaval I figure that I should tidy up and see what can be discarded .....several hours later..I am pleased ....my health is none the worse for all the extra exercise but I am tired...the hot stuffy days are really playing *!*!*#*!with my MS..for one thing it makes my skin very itchy and twitchy..no meds for this..outside my lilies are opening and looking lovely as they scent the air with a sweet fragrance.....This has been a GOOD day....
