today has been another hot stuffy day...it was my day for my manicure so I had a very relaxing afternoon having my nails done and then a massage...in the late afternoon my daughter came and picked up their dog on their way back to Yorkton...I think Holly was glad to see them but when she got in the car was a little puzzled as she could not find the kids(they stay with their gpa and gma)...we went out for supper which was a nice treat and then Lyle and I spent a quiet evening...at the days end my step counter said 11,911 steps or 5.9km....I am finding that I am a bit more tired but not ant sorer so we'll see if there are any other noticeable changes....quiet but GOOD day.....
